Handles a variety of situations or functions for the CLO. Must possess the ability to interface with customers, clients and executives on a daily basis, have a strong business development attitude as well as the ability to handle sensitive situations in a mature and confidential manner. This position requires that the person perform a significant amount of report compilation and/or project work. Prepares drafts and final technical reports, proposals and other documents. Develops special reports, analyzes differences and projects the effect of possible corrective action. Organizes and maintains budgets and other financial and administrative records on personnel, equipment, facilities and other elements using a variety of formats for data compilation, manipulation and display. Contacts key individuals inside and outside the company to obtain or relay important information on a variety of issues on behalf of Senior Executive. Complete special assignments for managers with require collecting, organizing, and analyzing data and producing reports, which may be the basis of significant decisions by Senior Executives of the company. Responsible for resolving any internal or external problems that may arise on a daily basis. Composes correspondence on own initiative for Senior Executive approval. Anticipates and prepares materials needed for conferences, correspondences, appointments, meetings, phone calls etc.; informs Senior Executive on matters to be considered. Initiates calls to internal and external customers to determine need to assistance on existing and impending services. Handles all necessary functions of the EAI role.

Supports - Business Leader 5+ years of operations experience in multi-functional area, which would also include experience in the customer service/client, contact area. BA or AA plus 2 years experience or equivalent experience preferred Works under minimal supervision. Sets priorities and procedures for accomplishing work
