Job Description

This is a contract position under the Facilities Site Services group that will physically and logistically support meetings and events at Foster City location and Hayward campuses. Responsibilities: Job duties include, but are not limited to.



Event Management: Coordinate all conference room set ups Manage order, delivery, set up and tear down of all event rentals Track budget for all events, event support, and logistics Enter monthly event metrics Manage event supplies inventory Create badges, signage, and any other supplies needed for internal and external events Conference Room Management: Secure conference rooms for teams / projects as requested Relocate existing meetings as needed Conduct monthly conference room audits Manage restricted conference rooms within Microsoft Outlook· Coordinate and execute all conference room set ups Conduct weekly audits for all conference rooms, breakout rooms, and project rooms. Conduct monthly audit of all common / general event areas Project Room Management: Receive all project room requests and coordinate with Planning team.



Administrative Duties: Other duties as assigned Education: High School diploma or equivalent Listed responsibilities are an essential, but not exhaustive list, of the usual duties associated with the position. Requirements: Able to do physical labor for long periods of time Able to stand, walk and lift / move items up to 50lbs for long periods of time Understanding of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both in writing and verbally Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a dynamic environment Ability to interface with all levels of the company in a professional manner Exceptional problem-solving skills Willingness to complete a broad range of administrative responsibilities ranging from entry to senior-level All listed requirements are deemed as essential functions to this position; however, business conditions may require reasonable accommodations for additional task and responsibilities.
