Job Description

The Field Marketing Specialist, reporting to Assistant Director, Field Marketing is responsible for overseeing various premier field marketing programs from strategy through tactical execution. The ideal candidate is an experienced marketer, with technical expertise related to using Hearsay Social, Salesforce, Brand Muscle and SharePoint. We're looking for someone with a passion for process improvement, journey building, and marketing technologies.

The Field Marketing Specialist will be responsible for the development and execution of assigned field marketing programs, while maintaining and optimizing existing field marketing programs - ensuring our programs maximize engagement and user experience across stakeholder groups.

The ideal candidate is an energetic self-starter who takes the initiative to proactively learn the company/role, drives process improvements and adapts to a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment, interacting positively with internal stakeholders and our premier practice consultants.


· Field Marketing Program Management: Drive the implementation and management of assigned programs, including but not limited to: premier practice social media access, premier practice lead generation program support, operational workflows, special purpose mailbox management, and Standard Operation Procedure (SOP) development and management, etc.

· Process Management/Improvement: Contribute to the development and implementation of formal processes and guidelines for managing premier marketing operations.

· Project Management/Tracking: Ensure projects are progressing-to-plan as measured by the achievement of key milestones, meeting timeline & standard turnaround time expectations, tracking feedback and gathering success metrics, etc.

· Customer Service: Provide support for Premier Practice Field Marketing team, including responding to questions, requests and complaints about the Premier Practice Field Marketing operations, platforms and available functionality.

· Cross-Functional Team Alignment: Build and effectively leverage relationships with various teams including, but not limited to, Private Client Group Marketing leads, Creative Solutions, Field Change and Communications, Field Marketing Technology, Digital Media & Social Marketing, Compliance, Digital Product & Engineering, etc. to ensure alignment on project plans and execution.

· Metrics/Analytics: Identify gaps in current processes and work with cross-functional partners including Channel Lead, Digital product, Engineering, Consultants, and QA teams to drive efficiencies.

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree with an emphasis in marketing/communications, business or related field

· Minimum two to five years of experience in a professional marketing or communications setting: corporate, agency or financial services industry

· Customer-Focus: able to respond in a timely, emotionally intelligent way to questions, complaints, requests for training, etc. Ability to style-flex based on audience

· Software Knowledge: Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint, comfort with managing digital platforms/storefronts, basic knowledge of Adobe Product Suite & graphic design fundamentals, familiarity with Zendesk and Bomgar a plus.

· Business Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills when engaging our field force (platform users), internal stakeholders, and external vendors.

· Relationship-Building/Influence without Authority: Ability to build credibility, negotiate, influence, and develop strong partnerships in matrixed organization across business functions and levels
