Our client in the food industry is seeking a Franchise Recruiter to join their team. As an Franchise recruiter, you will be supporting upper management. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, adaptable and willing to learn new things, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Franchise Recruiter
Location: Torrance, CA
Pay Rate (or Pay Range, if required): $18-19/hr.
What’s the Job?
- Present and influence potential Franchise owners by telephone and email
- Negotiate and ‘close the deal’ with potential franchisees
- Assess store’s business sales
- Other duties as assigned
What’s Needed? - Minimum 2 – 3 yrs. experience in office environment
- Must have excellent computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Access and database software
- Required Korean, Chinese or Burmese speaker
