* Provide technical customer support to client via phone, email and chat
* Troubleshooting inquiries such as access requests, software updates, password resets, external connections to a laptop (Printers, monitors etc.), Windows suite.
* Manage ticket creation, resolution and follow up
What do you bring to the job?
* Technical support experience or technical support related studies
* Ability to speak, read and comprehend English and French (Fully bilingual)
* Experience in a call center environment
