Manpower is looking for a multiple Front of House Lead for our client in Kenaston and St. Boniface area in Winnipeg Manitoba

What is the job?
- Supporting all the front-line daily operations;
- Provide an excellent guest experience by exceeding guests' expectations of sincerity, friendliness,
- Ensure guest complaints/concerns are addressed promptly and respectfully.
- Assisting in the training of all front-line staff
- Overseeing that all cleaning checklists are completed, ensuring a welcoming, safe, and sanitized facility
- Acting as Manager on Duty when required
- Ensure clear communication to employees and document when concerning any HR related situations
- Assisting with ordering, inventory and audits
- Completing daily cash reconciliation
What do you bring to the job?
- Maintaining SmartChoices certification
- Excellent coaching and team-building skills
- Experience in the supervisor role of a fast-paced restaurant
- Excellent communication skills – listening, verbal & written
- Outstanding organization and coordination skills
- Ability to be proactive in challenging situations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Open and flexible availability
