Job Description
We are building the bench for our Client, who is seeking assemblers to join their team. As an assembler you will be part of the fulfillment team. The ideal candidate will have prompt attendance, attention to detail and a team player attitude which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Fulfillment Assembler
Location: Chippewa Falls and Eau Claire
Pay Rate: $14-$24
What's the job?
Proficiency in various assembly methods, such as gluing and folding to create corrugated displays accurately
Skill in using hands tools, including rulers and adhesives to cut, shape and assemble cardboard components
A keen eye for detail to ensure that corrugated components are assembled accurately, meeting design specifications
Follow safety guidelines when handling tools, adhesives and machinery to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment
What's Needed?
Ability to stand for extended periods, lift and move corrugated sheets or finished displays as required
Managing work time effectively to meet production quotas and deadlines while mainting quality standards
Effective communication with team members, supervisors and quality control personnel to coordinate tasks and address production issues
Prompt attendance

Multiple shift options including flexible scheduling
$.50 increase in pay after 500 hours worked
