o 2nd Shift 5:30 pm - 4:00 am (Monday - Thursday)

o WEEKEND SHIFT - 5:30 am - 6:00 pm (Friday - Sunday)

o $14 - $18 hourly

* Weekly pay (Every Friday)

What you'll be doing:

* Operate computer numerically controlled horizontal lathe, mills or turning centers to perform machining operations.

* Read process sheets, blueprints and sketches of parts to determine operating requirements.

* Mounting work piece between center in chunk or collet.

* Depress buttons, toggles and start machine operations.

* Observe displays on control panel and compare with data on process sheet to verify dimensional adjustments.

* Perform spot checks succeeding pieces for conformance to specification per instruction on In-Process Inspection Report.

* Complete all in-process inspection requirements.

* Operate additional machine during computer controlled machining cycles when necessary and feasible.

* Machine metallic and nonmetallic materials.

* Deburr product produced as needed.

* Mark/Tag completed and nonconforming materials as needed and place them in the appropriate areas

* Watch and check coolant fluid levels during machine operation.

* Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness

* Complete tasks as directed by manufacturing schedules.

* Other duties as assigned



Who were looking for:

* High School Diploma or GED required

* Ability to read and comprehend blue prints, instructions, short correspondence and memos.

* Ability to effectively present information in either one-on-one or small groups.

* Ability to add, subtract two digit numbers, multiply and divide with 10's and 100's.

* Ability to stand, walk, bend, stretch, twist, reach, grasp, manipulate, assemble, talk and hear.

* Ability to regularly lift/move up to 25 pounds.

* Ability to follow company policies, practices, and procedures.

* Individuals who are punctual for scheduled arrival, departure, and break times.

* Individuals who are comfortable taking a background and drug test for the position.
