What Will You Be Doing?

Perform a wide variety of customer service and office support functions

The role of the HR assistant involves a variety of different tasks on a day-to-day basis.

This person must be able to maintain confidentiality of information.

Be a team player with excellent communication skills, customer service skills, and a strong commitment to success.

The candidates primary role will consist of phone screen, coordinating interviews, and assist with setting up interviews.

Keep track and organizes documents, filing, and other administrative tasks pertinent to the human resources department

Communicate with and provide ongoing guidance to hiring managers on hiring policies and procedure

What You Bring To The Job

At least 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources setting, preferred

Strong computer skills

Excellent oral, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills

Demonstrate excellent computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Power Point, and Excel.
