HR Coordinator - $18-20/hr

What will you be doing?



* Responsible for working with all departments to ensure Guest & Employee Satisfaction.

* Maintain physical and digital personnel, I9, benefit, J1 files. Keeping current and purging terms

* Purchase Orders, Checkbook, obtaining all expense approval as required.

* Collaborate with outside vendors, upper management, and employees to maintain employee relations.

* Conduct exit interviews, analyze employee engagement and employee turnover data, and make recommendations to the HR Director.

* Manage employee programs such as Retention Tokens, Employee of the month / year, etc.



What do you bring?



* HS Diploma or equivalent.

* Minimum one-year Human Resource experience required.

* Knowledge of HR principles and federal/local regulations.

* Hospitality Experience preferred.

* Excellent written & verbal communication.

* Must be organized and effective with time management.

* Microsoft Office skills required, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher.

* Strong employee relations experience.

* Must speak, read, and write English.

* Bilingual preferred.
