Job Description

Manpower is hiring for an HR Coordinator who has worked in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. With your 3 - 5 years' experience using HR information system, Success Factor and ADP eTime, you will be able to ensure policies/procedures are streamlined, and to be a part of a winning Team! What's in it for you:

* Work location: Sylmar

* Work hours Monday - Friday: 7am - 4pm (1 - hour lunch)

* Pay Rate: $20 - $24 DOE

* Start Date: ASAP

* 6 - month assignment (possible extension)

What you will be doing: Providing department support in a full range of HR functional areas including recruiting, pre-boarding, on/off-boarding, record keeping, employee communications, data entry in HR systems, implementing HR initiatives and events, and supporting administrative aspects of employee relations and compliance activities.

The Skills we are looking for:

· 3-5 years' experience in similar role in fast-paced manufacturing environments.

· Experience with HR information systems, Success Factors and ADP eTime preferred

· Ability to effectively organize, manage time, and prioritize work

· Flexibility in dealing with a variety of business partners, and situation will remaining calm

· Strong attention to detail.

· Orientation to results

· Proactivity

* Resourcefulness

· Bilingual English and Spanish required.


* Strongly preferred an individual who lives in San Fernando valley
