Job Description

Manpower is currently seeking an HR Payroll Systems Administrator for our premier client located in Ann Arbor. If you have systems administration and support experience, particularly related to HRIS systems, this is a great opportunity for you. This is a full-time, long-term temporary position with an estimated duration of 3 months. Pay rate is $20-25 per hour.

Job duties for the position include, but are not limited to:

* Performing system administration activities for HRIS systems (HR, Payroll, Time, Benefits)

* The implementation/installation of system up-grades

* Providing systems user training

* Creating, maintaining and managing regular standard reports

* Providing on-call and help desk technical support for systems users.

Requirements for the position include:

* University degree (Bachelor/Master) in IT, Finance or related field.

* At least 5 years systems administration and support experience.

* Strong technical knowledge and practical experience with network systems (current HRIS systems preferred).

* Professional HR/Payroll/Benefits certifications preferred (FPC, CPP, PHR, SPHR, CEBS).

* Strong organizational and analytical skills
