Job Description

Rapidly expanding Media Organization enriching millions of lives around the world is seeking an energetic, hands-on HR People Ops specialist to join there growing HR team.

You will:

* Have a deep understanding of employee life-cycle management from employee onboarding, changes and termination process

* Act as first point of contact and owns resolution for all People Operations related issues

* Collect and compile metrics and data from a variety of sources including the human resource information system (HRIS)

* Act as a key contributor to development and implementation of company-wide intranet and supports ongoing content management

* Provide support in analytical data and statistics for trends and patterns with attention to recruitment, hiring practices, attrition, turnover, and compliance with employment laws and regulations

* Prepare reports of data results, presenting and explaining findings to senior leadership

What we're looking for

* 3+ years operations experience with processing high volume of transactions, ideally in fast-paced, high growth environment with ability to look for ways to scale and enhance processes

* Ability to provide overall employee support with professionalism, compassion and efficiency;

* Strong attention to detail and an understanding of HR / Payroll / Data Compliance process and procedures;

* Discretion and judgment handling confidential and sensitive data

* Ability to make confident decisions in ambiguous situations with a sense of urgency;

* Proficient in Microsoft Excel and experience using People Systems including core HR, recruiting, reporting or performance management systems;

* Excellent verbal and written business communication skills;

* Builds/maintains effective relationships to work collaboratively across all departments;

* Ability to prioritize work to meet job expectation of the role


* ADP, Google Suite applications, ATS, and system integrations

* Working with Benefit brokers and vendors

* Performance management and compensation review process
