HR Payroll Administrator

Business is expanding for one of our well-known partner sites and Manpower is recruiting for a HR/Payroll Administrator to support this growth. What will you be doing?







* Compiling employee time from timesheets, following up with employees as needed

* Accurately process payroll to include wage garnishments, 401K contributions, overtime, PTO, etc.

* Respond to claims for Unemployment Compensation and Worker's Compensation Claims

* Assist with 401K program and voluntary benefits

* Account reconciliations

* Assist with Expatriate Assignments including necessary paperwork and activities

* Record payroll-related journal entries for month-end closing processes

* Assist in preparing annual budgets and reporting on any payroll related variances

* Preform new hire orientation, biannual time keeping refresher trainings and other trainings as needed

* Back up other Human Resources functions as needed







What do you bring to the job?







* Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality on employee and company matters

* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field

* 8 years of payroll experience

* 5 years of Human Resources experience

* Experience in a manufacturing environment

* Specialized knowledge in federal, state, and local law and tax lax (multi-state preferred)
