Whats in it for you?

What will you be doing?

* Maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing facility equipment on all Mechanical Systems.

* Maintaining and repairing air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other associated mechanical equipment.

* Knowledge of OSHA standards and local codes.

* Frequently climbing, bending, lifting, kneeling, stooping, and working/extending overhead.

What do you bring?

* Positive, can-do attitude

* High-school Diploma/GED

* 3-5 years HVAC experience

* Demonstrated technical expertise in HVAC maintenance and troubleshooting.

* Candidate must possess and maintain a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
