At 110 years old, they are the oldest air conditioning business in New York. They literally wrote the book on how to install and repair HVAC units. Technical skills are important, but through the years they learned the customers mostly want one thing: to feel comfortable in their own homes. They are looking for an Apprentice HVAC Technician with a solid track record and a positive attitude.

What does an Apprentice HVAC Technician do ?

-Assist with HVAC service and installations including testing equipment, mounting equipment, performing diagnosis, adjusting refrigerant, and wiring controls

-Collaborate with Senior Technicians to run service and installation jobs

-Assist in replacing, repairing and installing thru-the-wall HVAC units when needed

-Communicate and build trust with clients, building staff, other contractors, and Stanley Ruth team members



What do you need to succeed?

-0-3 years of experience in HVAC

-A positive attitude and an eagerness to take ownership of your work.

-Driver's License and clean driving record

-Ability to clear a criminal background check



Job Type: Full-time. Monday - Friday.
