Your Role in a Nutshell
As a Handy Person, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the efficiency and functionality of diverse locations. Your tasks will encompass a variety of responsibilities:
Tenant Services Coordination: Organize and oversee various tenant services across five different locations. This involves repairs, upkeep of facilities, and maintaining equipment and furniture.
Smooth Moves: Plan and execute small office relocations, ensuring quality assurance for significant moves.
Event Setup: Configure rooms for meetings and events, ensuring logistical requirements and specialized equipment are met.
Warehousing Oversight: Manage warehousing operations for furniture, parts, and supplies. Ensure accurate inventory control, asset verification, and data entry into automated systems. Coordinate the disposal of surplus assets.
Versatile Contributions: Collaborate within a team to carry out additional tasks, including procurement coordination, employee coaching on equipment use and internal procedures, and mail-related duties.
Physical Requirements
This role demands physical activity, including regular walking between buildings and lifting objects weighing up to 23 kg. It's an engaging opportunity that will keep you on your toes.
