Job Description
Basic Purpose:
Performing marketing activities, managing relationships, monitoring loan performance,
maintaining loan quality in order to contribute optimal income for the bank.
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute marketing activities. (40%)
2. Prepare, manage, and achieve the department's objectives, annual budget and strategy
according to the Branch's Business Plan. (20%)
3. Identify customer's financial needs and prepare a banking solution that meets the customer's
needs. (10%)
4. Perform negotiations with existing and potential customers. (2%)
5. Attend trade and industry events with the goal of expanding business contacts and source of
customers. (2%)
6. Serve as the point of contact and maintain relationship with existing and potential customers.

7. Maintain communication with the respective Relationship Manager at the 1-lead Office -
Corporate Division, International Division, and Regional Offices. (2%)
8. Provide financial advisory to customers for business and banking activities. (2%)
9. Provide solutions to the customers with regards to BNI's products and services such as trade
financing, syndication, etc. (2%)
10. Manage and develop financial institutions business. (2%)
11. Monitor portfolio quality and coordinate updates to credit. (2%)
12. Ensure regulatory issues are complied with. (2%)
13. Cross selling of bank products and market to clients banking services. (1%)
14. Provide management reports on status of portfolio. (1%)
15. Ensure compliance with AML/BSA. (2%)
16. Build bilateral business opportunities with Indonesian financial institutions in Indonesia.

17. Coordinate/collaborate with the Manager in Head Office in terms of credit line set up.
Requirements:
3 to 5 years experience within the banking industry with management background.
Bachelors or Masters degree.
Salary:
$95,000 yearly with potential bonus.
