Job Description

Manpower is recruiting for a Hiring Support Administrator (English) for a top global services and consulting client in Toronto (remote).



What's in for you?

* Contract to start on 18th October 2021 until 17 January 2022, potential for extension

* Pay Rate: $ 18 per hour

* Monday to Friday: 8am - 5pm

* Work location: Remote



RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

* Hiring drivers, pre loaders, local sort and packers

* Gain clarity on Hiring Demand Fulfillment priorities

* Understand start date schedules and local resource support required to quickly fill positions

* Understand current Client Branding Strategies and deploy them consistently across locations

* Disposition candidates throughout the process

* Operate within and achieve monthly demand fulfillment targets across hubs and distribution centers

* Ensure that the Hiring Managers complete their requisitions and required approvals to enable optimum levels of productivity, quality and capacity utilization

* Ensure candidates are progressing rapidly through the automated hiring process

* Brainstorm and highlight continuous improvement ideas

* Conduct high volume outbound calls, complete hiring process end to end in Workday, send emails and texts to applicants in the on-boarding process to prepare for their first day

* Educate Applicants on on-boarding process

* Extend offers to candidates

* Conduct follow up calls, monitor text/email responses as needed to assist with follow up questions and responses

* Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

* Support mass calling events notifying candidates of openings, chasing applicants stalled in the application process, and updating client system with notes and outcome of actions completed

* Respond efficiently and accurately to candidates, explaining possible solutions

* Engage in active listening with candidates, confirming/clarifying information and deescalating

* Build lasting relationships with candidates that instill confidence and motivation when starting their new role



MUST HAVE SKILLS:

* Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience

* Experience working with HR systems (i.e. Workday) is considered as an asset

* Basic understanding of Microsoft Excel for reporting purposes

* Proven ability to prioritize multiple functions and manage time efficiently

* Excellent communication and selling skills

* Able to get work done on time with high quality

* Able to achieve and sustain high customer satisfaction from the client

* Passion to deliver hiring commitments on time and within agreed Service Levels (SL) while operating under optimal levels of Productivity and Capacity Utilization



EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:

* University degree with HR preferred
