Job Description
Must be willing to provide clean, safe environment in the Senior Community. Be knowledge of and enforce the facility regulations and rules set forth by the Department of Facility Services, complaint with these and the monitoring agency.
Cleaning of residents rooms, to include sanitary environment
Sanitizing bathrooms
moving furniture to vacuum
Ability to communicate with residents
Ability to life up to 50 lbs
Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods
Ability to turn, stoop, bend and stretch
Ability to use cleaning chemicals and knowledge
Ability to audibly hear call bells, emergency systems and verbal needs specified by resident
Ability to act in emergencies, such as fire
