Job Description
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field; or equivalent years of job related experience in Human Resources
* Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources in the manufacturing industry preferred
* High regard for confidentiality
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Willingness to take initiative
* Ability to work independently and as a team
* Ability to prioritize work activities, use time efficiently, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
* High level of accuracy and thoroughness to ensure quality work product
* Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office suite of products and internet; experience with HRIS systems is preferred
