Job Title: HR Assistant (Defined Term) - Wayne, NJ

Job Overview

Provides support to the BA HR Business Partners and responds to employee and managers regarding questions relating to human resources.

Pay Range: $33-$36 Hourly *********************************

Job duties:

* Coordination support of HR projects, i.e. job descriptions, collecting and tracking year-end/midyear reviews, STI sheets and calibration.

* Process all employee changes for new hire, terminations, transfers, promotion, etc.

* Update job description onto most recent template for temporary and full time employees.

* Manage job posting process in Success Factor for all full time positions as well as interns/co-ops

* Prepare offer letters for promotions and New Hires.

* Perform clerical duties as needed: process invoices, send out general communications, order supplies

* Manage the Perfect Attendance Award Program.

* Work with Business Partners to schedule phone and office interviews for temporary positions.

* Participates in special HR projects and initiatives, i.e. company events.

* Manage the coordination of Workers Compensation program which includes meeting with the employees to obtain information on the injury and coordinate with Liberty Mutual Insurance Company. Also work with Concentra Health Services to preapprove employees visit.

* Run reports and make updates to Success Factor as needed

* Maintain and update email distribution list for new hires

* Manage HR files, both electronically and hard copy

* May include other duties as assigned

* Executive Administrative support to the VP HR North America

Background Experience:

* High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.

* Minimum 5 yrs. relevant experience in human resources.

* Must have strong oral and written communication skills
