Job Description

Are you a Human Resources leader that enjoys supporting and developing quality team members? A reputable company, with nearly 30 years in the landscaping industry is seeking an experienced HR Professional to manage HR operations and lead a small team of motivated associates.

As the Human Resources Manager, you will direct all HR activities and oversee policies and programs to ensure alignment with the overall business strategy.

Your duties will include:

* Recruit, hire, train and manage staff for the internal HR department.

* Oversee the company-wide talent acquisition process.

* Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.

* Oversee the new hire onboarding process including planning and conducting new employee orientation.

* Manage employee relations issues, perform investigations and track outcomes.

* Support managers with performance improvement and corrective action.

* Lead the organization's performance review process.

* Analyze trends in compensation and benefits; research and propose competitive base and incentive pay to attract the best talent; manage and maintain company benefits.

* Identify training needs to increase organizational efficiency.

* Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding benefits and compensation.

* Manage the employee off-boarding process including facilitating process with management, participating in termination conversations and conducting exit interviews.

* Support and oversee the payroll process.

* Manage HR Systems and vendors to maintain accurate employee records.

* Lead HR related special projects as needed.

* Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

The ideal candidate will have:

* A Bachelor's degree in HR Management or related studies

* 5-7 years' HR experience to include experience supervising HR associates

* Firm knowledge of current employee compensation/benefit options

* Proficiency with an HRIS platform and payroll processing software

* Professional certification strongly preferred; PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP

* Bilingual language skills are a plus

This position offers a competitive salary of $82,000-100,000 and exceptional benefits.
