Job Description

We are currently looking for a solid IT Help Desk Tech



Shift: 7 a.m. and 4 p.m. Monday - Friday



Pay rate: $20-22 hour



This position will primarily focus on answering incoming support calls, emails and voicemails while working remotely from home.



The position will be responsible for (but not limited to) the following:

* Answering incoming phone calls for technical support

* Answering emails and voicemails for support

* Using remote tools (Bomgar) to connect to a client machine and troubleshoot

* Thorough documentation of all work done within the ticketing system (ServiceNow)

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbally)

* Provide exceptional customer service

* Virus and malware removal

* Other duties as assigned

* Installing software via SCCM



All of these tasks require:

* 2 years' experience on a Service Desk or Desk Top Services

* Configuring mobile devices (iOS, Android, etc.)

* Excellent Troubleshooting Ability

* Windows 10 Working Knowledge

* Office 365 suite experience

* Some Technical Writing ability for knowledge base article creation

* Familiarity with Active Directory - change password, unlock accounts, group membership

* Familiarity with SCCM - Installing packages, verification
