Job Description

Manpower is currently recruiting for Call Centre Customer Service Representatives for a our client who is a leader in insurance and road side assistance industry. These are inbound call centre roles taking calls for their road side assistance department. Assisting customers by gathering information, location and dispatching tow trucks. Looking for excellent communication skills both spoken and written. Computer Savvy with good typing speed. These roles may train in Richmond Hill Location and then work from home.



The hours of work will differ from the hours of 8am - 12am Call center is 24/7 so 5 days per week and every third week will work Saturday and Sunday. Training is 9am-5pm and after training will be given shift and will be afternoons either 1pm-9pm, 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm.



Must be able to be hard wired with high speed internet and have a quiet work station at home with no interruptions. Must be able to clear both a criminal and a credit background clearance.



Looking for previous call center or customer service experience, good communication skills and be computer savvy.
