What will you be doing?
* Develop and implement strategic engagement with key stakeholders & Indigenous communities for Major Projects and Operations
* Maintain, cultivate and document relationships and engagement activities with Indigenous communities, local communities, and organizations
* Contribute to regional engagement knowledge in support of Corporate Citizenship Investment policies and governance
* Establishes relationships with relevant businesses or economic development leads for Indigenous communities, maintains current information for businesses in region
What will you bring?
* University degree from a related post-secondary program
* 7 or more years of directly related work experience in Indigenous and/or stakeholder engagement
* In-depth knowledge and direct experience in engaging with Indigenous communities in the Northwest Territories
* Familiarity with applicable government and regulatory requirements, as well as present day issues and community dynamics
