Job Description

Manpower is now hiring for a Temporary Industrial Administrator in Panama City



What you will be doing?



-Recording roll label information as it is being loaded into a rail-car and/or over the road truck trailers.

-Clearly document the information as it will be transferred into an excel spreadsheet.

-Working a 12 hour day (7a-7p) or 12 hour night (7p-7a) schedules.

-Follow all safety practices and policies. The required PPE will include: Hard hat, steel toed boots, earplugs, safety glasses etc…

-Transferring of data.



What will you bring to the job?

-Previous clerical and/or data entry is preferred.

-Able to work in an industrious work environment requiring PPE's to be worn.

-A flexible schedule to work 12 hour shifts, 5 days a week (Monday-Sunday availability needed for scheduling)

-Ability to stand for long periods of time

-Clear and legible hand writing

-Interact with staff (at all levels) in a fast-paced environment.

-High level of professionalism and confidentiality is crucial to this role.

-Expert level written and verbal communication skills, strong decision-making ability and attention to detail are equally important.
