Job Description

Our client in Scarborough, ON that specializes in the design and installation of CCTV systems and video solutions for the fast-food restaurant industry is growing and starting a new division in subscription-based sales to help grow sales in Canada and the US by adding 2 Inside Sales Development roles.

In this role, you'll research and gather leads to build a contact list in order to arrange meetings with clients to explain the benefits and value added of the software and hardware products as a total business solution.

The Role:

* Develop new leads and establish new accounts within assigned segment

* Establish an appropriate call cycle to ensure that all accounts are supported thoroughly

* Work with your manger to develop sales strategies within the various market segments depending on the company goals

* Deliver product demonstration and presentation to customer's key decision makers at various levels of the customers organization

* Coordinate sales efforts with other departments involved in providing sales and service to the customer including: Finance, Marketing, Customer Support, Technical Support, Operations, Engineering and other pertinent departments

* Maintain technical knowledge of product line through involvement with research & development, engineering, manufacturing and technical service

* Meets established sales quotas & KPI's

* Work collaboratively with cross functional teams, including the CMS (Cloud Managed Solutions) teams in order to develop and provide the solutions and reporting that customer's need.

* Develop and provide relevant training to customer executive and user levels

You Bring:

* Experience in inside sales and business development

* Be resourceful in the absence in management and possess a drive to succeed

* Self-motivated, driven and passion to win; picks things up quickly and thrives in a fast-paced environment

* Strong comfortability with technology as a product and as a CRM sales tool

* Exposure to presentation software for client meetings: PowerPoint, Prezi, etc
