Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Representative Associate and warehouse associate
Work Location: 3620 Burron Ave, Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, S7P0E4
Pay Rate: $22 - $23 (based on the level of experience)
Three month assignment possible to extend

Candidate must have past warehouse experience
Able to complete backcheck
Able to lift up to 50lbs
Have steel toe boots/ safety shoes 
Computer literacy
Experienced in inventory system 

What's the job: 
• Provide support to Account Executives by handling daily tasks including insertion orders, layouts, proofs, copy changes, and administrative duties.
• In addition, will assist the Account Executives to allow them to achieve and exceed their monthly budget.
• Process new sales leads.
• Managing the correspondence between the sales team and their clients.
• Providing data and reports to help the sales team.
• Interact with potential and existing clients, and schedule appointments for Account Executives and Sales Associates.
• Handle all incoming shipments.
• Perform verification of purchased products and enter order receipts into company's computer system.
• Perform quality assurance inspections when appropriate.
• Place received material, after segregating backorders, into proper warehouse storage locations. When appropriate, relocate and consolidate the material and notify management of new bon/table locations.
• Pull, pack, weigh, and label materials for shipment (including assemble & hold orders).
• Prepare bills of lading and express receipts.
• Assist in loading the trucks.
• Prepare local delivery records and complete applicable blocks on the pick ticket.
• Maintain appropriate forms pending the return of material.
• Inspect the condition of returned material before completing return authorization forms.
• Pull stock and return it to the correct location pending credit memo, sale or return to supplier.
• Assemble and disassemble bins, racks, shelves, and tables as needed.
• Administer preventative maintenance programs for warehouse equipment to ensure proper functioning and safety practices for warehouse operations.
