• M-Th - 5pm - 9pm & one required weekend shift: Sat - 12pm-5:30pm or Sun 12:30pm - 8pm

What will you be doing?

• Working with other agents to help provide support for health programs
• Perform health surveys
• Communicate with customer via telephone
