Job Description
Our client, Electronics Industry is seeking an Inventory Control Associate Level 3 to join their team. As an Inventory Control Associate Level 3, the ideal candidate will have Microsoft Excel, expert in inventory software systems and Oracle or ERP systems experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inventory Control Associate level 3
Location: Phoenix
Pay Range: $22.00 hourly
Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
What’s the Job?
- Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.
- Manage Customer accounts regarding RMA (returns).
- Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports. Authorization to go thru proper channels to getting the product repaired on defective units. Shipping back to manager including projects.
- The inventory control associate will have customer accounts managed thru inventory system. Will also have weekly if not biweekly customer meetings.
- Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge.
What’s Needed?
- The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Excel in particular.
- Experience with inventory control Ability to identify a problem and provide solutions.
- Experience interacting with both internal and external customers. Is able to complete work with a limited degree of supervision
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus.
