Our client, a pharmaceutical products wholesaler, is seeking an Inventory Control and Replenishment Supervisor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and strong leadership skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inventory Control and Replenishment Supervisor
Location: Durham, NC
Pay Range: $50,000/year
What’s the Job?
- Provide leadership, direction, and oversight of all inventory control and replenishment
- Assist in resolving complicated inventory discrepancies
- Drive inventory process and count accuracy improvement
- Provide assistance and support to the Customer Service, Purchasing, and Accounting Teams relative to inventory
- Train associates on SOPs and safety procedures
What’s Needed?
- 5+ years of Inventory experience
- 2+ years of supervisory experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Effective listening and conflict resolution skills
