Job Description
The Inventory -Scheduling Expeditor is responsible for production floor scheduling, production planning as well as coordination.
Additional duties will include shop scheduling, materials requirements, work-in process tracking, material controls, and manufacturing performance reporting activities.
The scheduling office clerk will also be responsible for the coordination of activities with materials functions using SAP, performing data entry, handling document
discrepancies, and working closely with the production scheduler, and production control manager
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Maintain and analyze production tracking control systems
▪ Data Entry is a great deal of role.
▪ Communicate demand and changes in demand to shop floor to management
▪ Maintain component inventory to assure customer delivery and prevent shortages and over building.
▪ Must have ability to work in past paced manufacturing environment
▪ Must be punctual and have excellent attendance
▪ Must be a self-starter, hands on, and ability to work well under high demand.
▪ Must have basic computer competency, entry level data entry
▪ SAP experience is a plus!
▪ Preferably 2-3 years in production environment.
