Job Description

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

* Use customer provided art to produce proofs and production ready film that meet high precision screen printing requirements

* Deliver on team production goals and consistently produce a volume of work that meets our customer demand in a dynamic seasonal based market

* Work closely with sales and production teams to understand event date requirements and deadlines

o Setup teams for success while understanding lead time requirements across the entire process flow

* Manages orders and work flow on cloud-based project management program and maintains organized files on art server

* Help create original designs for yearly stock bottle program sold globally through the Specialized dealer network and direct to customers



WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

* Detail oriented, organized, and able to manage assignments and projects across different business segments

* Strong work ethic in a heavily production-based environment

* Understanding screen print separation theory which encompasses trapping, over printing, masking, and color separation

* Experience with Adobe Illustrator combined with knowledge in PMS and CMYK process colors

* General proficiency in Adobe Photo shop is a plus

* Very Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with Manufacturing and Sales teams

* Able to effectively and efficiently organize, prioritize, and manage art requests

* Be able to define and effectively communicate finished-product expectations early in the process with internal and external customers

* Be the technical expert that understands capabilities and limitations of deployed technologies. Be a technical resource for customers and sales teams

* Business savvy is a plus when understanding impact of art manufacturability
