What's the Job?



* Delight and serve customers by selling products and meeting customer needs.

* Services existing accounts, obtains orders, and establishes new accounts by planning and organizing daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.

* Focuses sales efforts by studying existing and potential volume of dealers.

* Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.

* Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques.

* Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments.

* Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

* Monitor resources for tenders and RFP on a routine basis including knowledgeable on CRM.

* Experienced and proven success in both, inside and outside sales.

* Available to travel 20% of the time.

* Team player, proactive and self-driven personality



What Do You Bring to the Job?



* Business Administration University degree with a concentration in marketing, promotions, advertising sales, or business administration is a Plus

* Strong hold of communication skills in English

* Experienced in Sales Force or any equivalent software and application is an asset

* Superior experience in Microsoft Office Suites (Outlook, Word, Excel)

* Previous customer service and sales experience is a plus in the Record Management Services industry.

* Be able to pass background checks

* Must have own vehicle which you will be

* Can Start Immediately
