Job Description
Our client, a developer of robotic-assisted surgical devices, is seeking a Tissue Technician to join their team. As a Tissue Technician, you will be part of the production team supporting fellow team members, shift managers, and the engineers to meet performance goals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, will be team-oriented, and have a high-level of comprehension which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Tissue Technician
Location: Chapel Hill
Pay Rate: $18/hour
What’s the Job?
- Assemble a variety of tissue products according to standard instructions and prints
- Operate and set up (as needed) production supplies/equipment
- Perform inspection and simple repairs on one's own or other's work
- Become proficient at multiple assembly tasks while meeting requirements for workmanship, safety, and productivity
- Initiate basic material requests, report quality issues, report efficiency, record measurements as needed
What’s Needed?
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent
- No issues working with pork products
- Fine motor skills and strong attention to detail
- Adherence to all corporate, regulatory, safety, and production policies and procedures
- Ability to maintain excellent attendance record

- Day shift schedule: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm with the opportunity for overtime
