Our client, located in Oxnard, Ca is seeking a Lead Mechanic to join their team. The ideal candidate will have  which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Mechanic

Location: Oxnard, CA

Pay Range: $35 - $41

What’s the Job?

• Leads maintenance activities and coordinates work with staff, production schedule, and business conditions. 
• Controls downtime by effectively communicating with production workers of routine preventive maintenance techniques; monitoring compliance.
• Understands, uses, and champions the computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) per established procedures
• Ensures operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing and overseeing preventative maintenance requirements on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machines; following diagrams, engineering specifications; troubleshooting malfunctions at expert level.
• Conducts operations in a manner which promotes work safety and complies with 

What’s Needed?

• Five or more years of maintenance/plant lead, supervisory, or related experience in a similar industry
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
• Must be able to perform arithmetic and algebraic functions
• Advanced computer skills using Excel, Word (composing 
  communication), and Outlook e-mail. Ability to read machine computerized panels in English to operate/adjust machines
