General Information

Job Description: Minimum 1-year cooking experience in professional food service operation

Prepare all food according to SERV Safe guidelines (HACCP, sanitation, and personal hygiene) and follow the "Clean as you go" philosophy

Follow all Covid-19 safety protocols and procedures

Knife handling skills

Assist in the preparation of breakfast, lunch, and dinner entrees by following instructions, recipes and best practices as communicated by the Culinary Services team leader.

Involves prep, final cooking, presentation, garnish, and service of all meals based on the work hours scheduled.

Must be punctual, reliable, and have a positive attitude

Excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn

Will be required to wash dishes when needed

Climb foot stool/ladder 3'

Lift 30 lbs. unassisted

Ability to work flexible schedules and overtime when required

AM and PM shifts available.

Be aware of facility evacuation procedures.
