Line/Machine Operator

Job Position: Line Operator
Pay: $16.90 (Based on skills and availability)
Shift: 1st

Job Description:

• Visually inspect and operates machine and all the controls associated with the machine for the Volumetric Feeder, Palletizer.
• Install the bag rolls for the bag feeder,
• Perform light PM work, perform
• Change out and setup when different products are to be ran, complete QC testing throughout shift, volume checks, bag audits (5&12bag audits) 
• Complete all necessary paperwork for QC and production numbers, will assist in replacing the top sheet roll and the stretch wrap roll when it is necessary. 
• Performs all lockout/tag out procedures along with any safety precautions that are required, cleans and sweeps all line areas as needed.
• Performs cut and dump for damaged bags or products, disposes of all trash, May get trained to operate a forklift
• Performs a pre-shift inspection on bagger, palletizer and wrapper, stages all pallets to the palletizer, stages all bag rolls to line area, stages top sheet roll and stretch wrapper products to specific line areas, will pull pallet off line and run thru hand stretch wrapper if necessary  

• HS Diploma/GED
• 7yr background
• Previous experience with Bag Machine preferred
