Job Description

Manpower Staffing is currently recruiting a Warehouse/Shipping and Receiving Clerks for our client. Role is in SE Calgary and is Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00pm. Role is temporary to permanent.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible to coordinate and manage the domestic or international movement of assets, products, and materials upon the request of the Business Line. They optimize equipment utilization, selecting the most cost-effective routings and book these shipments. The logistics coordinator also supports maintenance operations by performing business systems transactions as specified by the Technology Lifecycle Management team.

Daily Tasks and responsibilities:

· Compliance to and active participation in HSE procedure and initiatives.

· Comply with all company and Product Line standards and policies.

· Maintain shop equipment and tools in good working condition.

· Perform activities as assigned by the Lead Logistics Coordinator, Maintenance Manager,or other TLM management.

· Perform noninvasive maintenance pertaining to final preparation or disassembly of surface and downhole equipment and ready boxes.

· Execute work orders (WOs) as assigned through the Computerized Maintenance Management System for the Division, ensuring compliance to standard work and WO

data accuracy and completeness.

· Help prepare and organize documentation for such activities as calibrations, function tests, material certifications, inspections and, if necessary, third-party quality control and inspections.

· Prepare equipment for shipment and staging at a pre-determined location or loading zone.

· Load outbound equipment onto trucks & offload equipment that is returning to the

Technology Lifecycle Management (TLM) base.

· Be the focal point for logistics movements: Monitor shipment execution, track shipment movements and manage deviations while keep internal stakeholders updated.

· Act as liaison with the relevant Business System Support team to resolve technical issues via InTouch or to convey suggestions for improvements to functionality or user interface.

· Monitor accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of critical business system transactions.

Minimum Qualifications:

· Excellent communication, troubleshooting, and organizational skills in both a self sufficient and team environment.

· High school diploma or equivalent acceptable

· Basic computer literacy including keyboarding skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office

· Must be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs regularly

· Ability to work overtime (nights and weekends)

Preferred Qualifications

· Ability to operate torque machine, overhead crane, forklift and other related equipment
