Job Description
Manpower is currently seeking a full-time manual Logistics Leader in the Teays Valley area. As an employee of Manpower, you will have the opportunity to work at a client that we have on a temporary or temporary to hire basis.

Job Responsibilities:
Shipping Preparation including Packaging;
Shipping Tasks including coordinating pickups;
Receiving Tasks;
Manage finished goods - move from production to inventory area, and organize them.
Returnable/Expendable Packaging Control;
Manage Logistics Use supplies;
Maintain LOG tools/equipment;
Perform basic Logistics tasks to support Production;
Create, prepare, and utilize the necessary documents/forms to manage Logistics related data;
Manage Logistics related data;
Perform sorting/repack work as needed;
Train LOG TMs;
Supervise LOG TMs tasks;
Report to the LOG GL or above;
Contact and communicate with customers and vendors;
Communicate with other Department, if necessary;
Manage and organize Logistics data and documents;
Manage finished goods - move from production to inventory area, and organize them.
Returnable/Expendable Packaging Control;
Manage Logistics Use supplies;
Manage Logistics tools/equipment;
Check and request overtime hours for LOG TMs;
Drive Forklift as needed;
Some business trips as needed; (5%-10%);
Support Logistics Group Leader or above as required.
May perform other duties as required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum Requirement is either High School Diploma or GED AND has at least one year
experience in the NTAC LOG Department or similar work environment.
Internal: Occurrence point(s) must be lower than 3.
This position requires:
Good PC skills (special shipping software) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
applications, especially Excel.
Capable to lift some heavy items (Max weight is 50lb).
Good numerical skills
Good communication skills
Good Multi-task skills
Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
