With supervision, completes fulfillment of client and customer document requests and routine imaging and document processing tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Manages document inventory, processing, capture and archive of documents

* Able to sort, organize and prep documents so that they can be scanned through high speed scanners

* Verify and organize documents electronically using an Imaging software.

* Is responsible for working as a team and understanding differences so that we can obtain/surpass our Service Level Agreements.

* Completes routine responsibilities and processes with supervision and guidance.

* Understands the need to meet specific processing time commitments for internal and external customers.

Monitors and verifies quality for processes

* Understands business requirements and how results impact the customer.

* Is responsible for quality of individual processes.

Manages Accounts

* Interacts with internal and/or external clients.

* With supervision, processes routine orders and responds to routine inquiries on orders and accounts for internal and external clients.

* Prepare/type reports and routine correspondence.

* Prepare and maintain folders, files and file numbers.

Operates equipment

* Aware of and understands the use of assigned equipment.

* Understands and follows safety requirements.

* With supervision, operates assigned equipment:



* May utilize hand pallet jacks, motorized lift trucks and forklifts, dock bay locks, industrial shredder, or industrial paper compactor.

* May operate packing machinery including scales, labeling machines, tape machines, strapping machines, stretch wrap, and shrink wrap machines.

* May operate scanning equipment, 3-hole punch drill, GBC binder, or laminators.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications

* Education: High school diploma or equivalent education.

* Possesses sufficient fundamental proficiency to successfully demonstrate Inventory Management skills in practical applications of moderate difficulty.

* Demonstrates the ability to use the core components of the application as part of the normal function of the job.

* Knows how to verify and clarify the needs and expectations of customers. Responds quickly and efficiently to customer service requests. Participates in and conducts meetings with customers. Keeps customers informed of status via standard reporting techniques.

* Possesses the ability to write clear, detailed, and comprehensive status reports, memos and documentation. Demonstrates an understanding of effective composition, such as having first line in a paragraph state the subject.

* Is trained, certified and/or licensed in equipment usage.

* Is capable of using the fundamental features of Microsoft word, excel.

* Able to lift 40 pounds

* Job is currently Monday - Friday anywhere from 6am - 230pm

* To be able to work holidays and some weekends possibly
