Job Title: Maintenance Manager
Location: Avondale, PA
Pay Rate Range: $100,000-$120,000
What's the Job?
- Leading the Maintenance team
- Developing critical spare parts program for all equipment
- Maintaining existing plant facilities and equipment
- Leading capital improvement projects by establishing budgets and schedules
- Utilizing Lean Manufacturing techniques to drive improvements
What's Needed?
- Associate degree or at least 5 years experience in Facilities and Maintenance supervision
- A demonstrated safety mindset and practice
- Knowledge of OSHA, NFPA, NEC and EPA regulations; ISO 13485, CMMS and the medical device industry
- Familiarity with machine guarding, interlocks, rigging and anchoring
- Working knowledge of electrical, mechanical, instrumentation controls and HVAC systems
