Job Description

Manpower is seeking a Maintenance Technician for one our clients in Edmonton, AB.

What you will be doing?



* Read and interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics, electrical code specifications and manufacturer's manual to determine installation requirements and layout of industrial electrical equipment

* Troubleshoot, maintain and repair industrial electrical and electronic control systems and other related devices, coordinate with vendors as needed.

* Install, examine, replace or repair electrical wiring, receptacles, switch boxes, conduits, lighting fixtures and other electrical components.

* Test equipment and components for continuity, current voltage and resistance.

* Maintenance of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.



What you will bring?



* 2 to 3 years' experience in a Maintenance Technician position.

* Ability to troubleshoot and maintain GED machines.

* Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.

* Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance, CMMS, Mechanical/Electrical systems and quality control
