* Repair drywall damages
* Repair / replace floor tile
* Repair / replace sub-flooring
* Repair / replace damaged vinyl siding
* Replace and hang interior doors / hardware
* Cut replacement doors to size / cut out openings for passage sets
* Repair plumbing problems such as leaks and broken lines
* Replace sink and tub faucets
* Replace electrical outlets, switches and ceiling lights
* Replace furnace filters
* Repair forced air gas furnaces, central air, and hot water tanks
* Snow removal: plowing of parking lots and shoveling of sidewalks
* Replacement and repair of appliances
* Clear and clean apartments
* Basic painting skills
* Should have experience with general electrical, plumbing and construction skills
* Certifications a plus (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
* Must be able to establish and maintain effective work relationships with other staff and program participants.
* Must be able to do heavy lifting
* Must be available for on-call schedule

* Valid West Virginia drivers license
