Our client, in the machine maintenance and repair field, is seeking a Service Technician to join their team. As a Service Tech you will be part of the maintenance team supporting the overall company. The ideal candidate will have mechanical knowledge, knowledge of how to use various tools, and a customer facing attitude which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
- Field Service Technicians (FST) responsible for maintaining air machines on assigned routes and offering assistance on designated routes.
- Required to undergo comprehensive training for efficient unit servicing.
- Expected to maintain positive interactions with customers and consumers, representing Air Excel and Excel Tire Gauge favorably.
- Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Exercise good judgment in all decision-making processes.
What’s Needed?
- Hands on mechanical skills with basic hand and power tools
- Practical knowledge/experience with 110V and low voltage circuits
- Ability to move machines from the delivery vehicle to the pad, weighing up to 100 pounds.
- Maturity and the ability to work independently
- Willingness to travel
- Able to utilize GPS
- Valid Driver’s License
