Apartment Maintenance

Approximately 30 Hours per week/Varied Hours/ On Call

$14.00/hr



Calling all Maintenance Workers in the Sylva/Waynesville NC area.

What is the job?

* Basic Maintenance Skills

* Stand for duration of shift

* Verbal and written communication required to facilitator and operator.

* Observe all safety rules.

* Maintain a clean and orderly work area.

* Other duties as assigned.



What you bring to the job?

* HSD/GED preferred

* Must have the ability to read, write and understand instructions

* Ability to work with minimum supervision

* Ability to submit to and pass drug screen and background check

* Some backgrounds are considered
