What is the Job?



. Build relationships with DM&S, Product, Marketing, & vendor partners in order to become a trusted advisor and a digital SME.

. Execute the vision for campaigns by coordinating digital builds and providing strategic recommendations as to how to leverage the digital marketing assets and channels that are available.

. Optimize website pages and develop effective digital tools, calculators and interactive sales aids to drive user engagement in alignment with key acquisition, lead generation and retention strategies.

. Provide consulting advice on digital marketing best practices, information architecture, and developing mock-ups / prototypes for integrated marketing campaigns.

. Track efforts and optimize for visitors by leveraging Google Analytics and Google Optimize.

. Present recommended solutions and data analysis to Product & Marketing partners and executives.

. Vendor selection and management for consulting, copy-writing and development.

. Authority to approve the promotion and deletion of files from primary web properties.

. Recommendations regarding development priorities and opportunities to implement initiatives that support platform objectives and client experience enhancements.

. Recommendations related to execution of digital campaigns, applications and lead generation functionality are directly tied to the company's revenue.

. Reputation Risk - High exposure to client facing content and functional tools.

. Increased Brand awareness through implementation of digital standards, unified brand experience and integrated marketing campaigns.

. Cost savings through efficiencies and effective measurement of ROI.



What Do You Bring to the Job?

. Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Business/Marketing/Technology

. 3+ years of digital marketing and corporate web strategy experience

. Exceptional project management skills

. Strong presentation, written and verbal communication skills

. Google Analytics in order to report stats, create dashboards, manage tagging of webpages

. Solid understanding of responsive design framework

. Client, vendor and stakeholder management skills



Preferred:

. Technical skills, including: JavaScript, HTML 5 & CSS, design applications

. Experience with financial services industry, including previous experience with technology development

. Experience with UX design

. Background in SEO/SEM

. Familiarity with Content Management Systems e.g. WordPress

. Familiarity with CRM platforms

. Google Optimize to run A/B tests

. Agency experience
