Manpower is hiring for one of its leading client's for Manager Administrator - Sponsor Risk Management role

What is the job?

* Reporting directly to the Director Sponsor Risk Management, this role is accountable for day-to day activities related to the planning, execution and reporting for Plan Sponsor Risk Management objectives related to the following Sponsor relationship areas: 1) Plan Sponsor Audits, 2) Contract Negotiations for new and existing clients, 3) Client Commitments, 4) Client Due Diligence Requests

* The incumbent will be accountable for the internal coordination of plan sponsor- initiated audits and being the external liaison

* Accountable to schedule, define scope and ensure successful execution of the audit, working closely with the relevant areas within the Group Benefits organization.

* Accountable to ensure ongoing compliance as they relate to Client's contractual obligations and timely resolution of audit findings.

* The incumbent will ensure MSA and IBA documents what was agreed to during the sale process has been implemented and followed through with Contract negotiations.

* Responding to client requests by coordinating with Underwriting, Information Systems, Legal/Compliance, Distribution and other relevant teams to ensure clauses are reasonable and appropriate. Alternative solutions may need to be strategized/ developed as part of the response.

* Finalize the inventory of commitments by each Plan Sponsor in addition to organizing into reportable themes

* Manage client communication - coordinate alignment with internal stakeholders on messaging and execute client specific/case specific communication directly with the Plan Sponsor

* Maintain current, comprehensive inventory including ensuring ongoing processes are adhered to

What do you bring to the job?

* Minimum five years of business knowledge of the Financial Industry. Preferably with Group Benefits products and services background

* Previous experience in a risk-based role 1-2years

* Contract and or project management experience would be preferred 1-2years

* Ability to collaborate, partner, initiate and maintain cross-departmental and intra-divisional relationships to solve complex problems

* Strong oral/written communication skills, as this position requires interaction with numerous stakeholders and has a significant external client facing component

* Proficiency in all Microsoft Office products.

* Educational Requirements - post secondary - University of College or equivalent work experience
