What is the job?

Develop customer resolution strategies and establish achievable customer satisfaction goals

* Assess overall satisfaction of the customer through stakeholders' meetings, and close

monitoring of usage and key metrics.

* Identify all customer touchpoints including inbound and outbound reaches and communications

and ensure the process is effective and cost efficient.

* Keeping the Customer in the room at all times; identify and mitigate risk early to ensure ongoing

customer satisfaction and optimize overall customer journey.



What do you bring to the job?

*2-3 years' of client-facing work experience

1-2 years' experience with Quality Assurance or Customer Retention programs

*superior customer service & communication skills

*strong analytical skills

*excellent organizational and time management skills

*able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
